Have been at heaps of gyms over the years, but Redstar is by far the best I have experienced…. Great community friendly feel, with super helpful coaches. So grateful for Andrew, he is a legend and has helped me achieve some goals. My 2 daughters are loving training with Simon and Deisel in the kids kickboxing.Amazing new facilities with a full range of classes for any level.

The best mix of trainers and equipment in a gym that I have seen. This does not feel like a gym where you walk in and are intimidated. This gym feels like your mates place where family goes to get fit and train together.

Red Star is an awesome place to train. The coaches and staff are friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend them. A true SA business. The new facilities are pretty spectacular too

This place is all about the money..30 fighters..? All direct debit accounts locked in 1 year. Want to cancel you'll need to go through ACCC. Wonder how many dormant accounts they have and accrue charges illegally. It's all about the collateral contracts! Not many gyms can afford a million dollar gym. Back to fighters. Wana fight, no problem, train yourself, unlike Ryker's, flinders, full tilt, lions, foxy etc there's way to many fighters, 1 coach, no personalisation coaching, that cost money! No mentoring outside club hours free, like aforementioned gyms, that cost,.And ain't cheap, warm ups at fights .. if it's a huge roster you ain't getting pads by a coach, it's another amateur fighter...I'm sure there's a price on that too. Wana jog with the coach, not a chance that cost too.

No 1 gym in Adelaide, brand new state of the art facilities awesome staff that are friendly and very helpful. plenty of different classes, PT training, kickboxing classes, HIIT, boxing, jitz and lots more. An extremely great vibe from the first time you walk in.

I have been a member of the Redstar family since it’s inception. 10 years! No matter what your skill level (novice to competitive fighter) everyone is welcome. Training with Simon has saved my life. The new facilities are second to none, all Redstar trainers are highly skilled, motivating and encouraging. And fellow members have become family. IT IS the BEST gym on the peninsula. From free weights, to HIIT, boxing, kids classes, challenges and kickboxing. There’s something for everyone. I encourage anyone who would like to come and have a go to do just that - you won’t regret it!
