We have been renting through Craig and Bruce since moving to the area 18 months ago. I can not fault Allcoast Real Estate what so ever. From the easy organisation of paperwork to the quick response if anything is needed, Craig and Bruce seem to go beyond their duties.

This would be the worst real estate I have had to deal with, Craig blocked our mobile numbers because we tried over and over to get repairs done, month after month, he even posted once that a repair man was out fixing the property, I was also forced to change my last review, otherwise I would not get another rental property as told to my partner, and even now still blocked trying to get a rental ledger, as he told a place I applied for he would not give them a reference, as over the 12 month period we were there, not even 1 rent receipt had been given to us, I expect he will say he fixed everything as last time.

Walked in, feet up on the desk. I am a cash buyer and asked if he could take my details to let me know if anything comes up. Nope, he said. I got plenty of them, don’t need anymore. He was the rudest, most arrogant salesman I have ever come across. If I could zero stars I would. Even if he had the perfect house now, I wouldn’t give him my cash.
