Bunnings Mill Park

I recently went to return a faulty mechanised weed gun, under warranty and one year after I bought it. In return, staff were accommodating, prompt and best of all offered me an exchange instead of having to wait weeks for a repair. Thank you Bunnings.

Like any Bunnings it’s a pleasure to spend your money if you require middle of the road products for your project’ the car parking is fantastic the staff are nice and you can find most items you want . They comply well with the COVID restrictions. All and all it’s a great shop and matches every other BunningsJust don’t expect any the young team members to have any project skills. There Bunnings knowledge skill is pretty good

If this isn't a terrible Bunnings store I don't know what is. Completely disorganized, checkout and return at the same desk is silly. Staff just don't care and have a don't talk to me attitude. I live walking distance but still drive to another Bunnings. These guys need customer care training

When we arrived at Bunnings Mill Park today, my daughter and I parked as usual, in a disabled parking spot. As I was exiting the passenger side, an elderly staff member walking by and advised me that we were parked in a disabled spot. I said that’s right, we have a clearly displayed disability sticker because my daughter (who was still sitting in the car at the time), has a disability. She replied, “Sorry, just checking”.I think it’s rude for any staff member to question anyone with a disability sticker displayed. Some people’s disabilities are not easily or physically evident and my daughter was still sitting in the car anyway. Some hasty judgment occurred here. Very unprofessional.

I am so happy with the service I received from Cosmetic Boutique Australia. They helped me to get rid of my sun spots and give me a more youthful glow! I will definitely be coming back.

Always friendly staff and most of the time has items I am looking for at affordable prices

This place generally always has what I need in stock. Most staff are friendly, but some treat customers like they're junkies. Very selective on the recipt checks even if they watch you pay and walk directly to them, but let 10 others pass right by. I come here multiple times a week and still get the 50/50 how I'm spoken to or helped. Other than the staff, I cant fault the store or products

I think one star is too much for them. There is an old lady in returns Michelle who is terrible to deal with. I don't know if Bunnings train their employees on Customer skills apart from scanning items. Half of the time they seek assistance from other employees for returns. Bunnings is such a good brand I think it is getting spoiled because of hiring such useless staff. or they are frustrated that, they have too much work and they might be underpaid reflecting their frustrations on Customers. Grown up Team.

There was no single staff at the back to offer help. I had to walk over that big store to finally find 2 girls sitting at the front cracking jokes and giving their back to the store watching windowOne of them came to help me but she was too rude. She pointed at where the item is and walked away without even asking if i need further help. Very arrogant, disrespectful and not doing her job.I am very dissatisfied with the service I received tonight and I have photos to share online

A favourite Bunnings for having such a large range of products. I've previously sourced alot of renovation materials from here as the range available is pretty good and you usually don't have to look any further. The staff are friendly and helpful and we're again today. I heard one singing. How good is that.The nursery is another big personal favourite as its again got wide selection to choose from including some great Australian natives and bird attracting plants. As well as some more unusual ones. Call it a simple pleasure, but grabbing a snagfrom the sausage sizzle stall, a coffee from the Cafe, and taking time out to peruse the nursery made for an enjoyable afternoon. Shout out for Bundoora Rotary and Eugene for their good community work and volunteering for a photo today. Extra friendly service, generous onions and a surprisingly tasty snag. Super good with their Covid requirements too, not serving the guy in front of me until he checked in. I'm also bit of a stickler for noticing food handling practices and good to see they ticked all boxes. It's also nice to see how well kept the carpark is with fresh woodchips around the carpark naturestrips. Nice touch, Bunnings Mill Park.
