I'm sure you do not appreciate people not showing up for their appointment, well neither do I! Myself and approximately 12 other clients this morning waited outside your clinic which was supposed to open at 830am. I left at 915am after waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time and there was still no sign of a single staff member to open your doors. Not good enough. I am pregnant and had to fast, which was hard enough in itself! Many of the other clients may have also been fasting, or have a phobia of needles and had to mentally prepare themselves to make the step to get their blood taken. Terrible service!

Need to get more staff or better management. Take so long to get in and as I have been waiting for ages someone with an appointment that just walked in got in before me. I haven’t got all day man!

Don't come in mornings as it's a nightmare with waiting... (makes it difficult when you're fasting for blood work!) Make sure you get a quote IN WRITING if not bulk billed as they like to charge whatever they want and take no responsibility for their mistakes.

I use this service regularly as it is only minutes from my home. Attended at 8.30 sharp today to find the door open and within only a couple of minutes I was in the chair. A pain and anxiety free couple of minutes later on my way after a full bloods" test. I would recommend this Clinpath but hint...arrive as close to opening time as possible..this service can get busy through the day. Oh
