Had a great experiencing my first time using My Car.Walked in yesterday afternoon 10/05/23 to book a much needed wheel Alignment and replace all 4 tyres on my Ranger.The workshop was clean and tidy,The reception area was also clean and presented well, the customer service was friendly and professional.I wanted to see the tyres range before deciding which set I wanted fitted.I was shown upstairs to view their terrain tyre range they had and the tyres were stacked in racks organised and clean.I chose my tyres and booked in for today 11/05/23. The team were just as friendly and professional today and gave me a pick up time and kept to the schedule I was very happy with the tyres and the professional attitude and customer service delivered by the Palmerston My Car team. Well done and Thankyou for looking after my Ford Ranger.

I've lived in the Palmerston area for 7+ years and have tried numerous mechanics. Without a doubt Mycar Palmerston is the best service I've had.My vehicle was dropped off with two flat tyres and they were able to get it fixed and balanced the same day. The staff were very kind and even offered to stay open later to enable me to collect the car. (I don't want to be one of those customers who makes people work late, I did manage to get there in time :)Overall I highly recommend Mycar Palmerston, plus you get a year of free roadside assist with logbook servicing, which has saved me a couple of times.

Excellent service, we needed an emergency tyre repair done, and they was able to fit us in with no hassle. We were back on the road shortly after our visit. Very friendly staff and the work completed was 10/10

After emailing Mitsubishi Darwin and never hearing back, then spending over 30 minutes on hold only to speak to a lady to be put back on hold then hung up on, it was really nice to speak to Brett at My Car and have my car booked in for its service. The lads there are busy so there's a 3 week wait but for the service received already, more than happy to wait. Thanks Brett for your wonderful customer service.

Great customer service and experience! Broke down the details into what work went into my car and the condition it was in as well as what parts would be needing to be replaced in the next service. Car definitely seems to be in a lot better shape! Free 12 month roadside assist is the cherry on top!

This is the worst experience never had before in mycar Tyre& Auto Casuriana.One of staff his name is Gabriel.He assisted me to book a service a week ago.However, He canceled my appointment himself after 10 minutes I dropped off the vehicle and left to the shop on the service day(today).He said come and pick up your vehicle again" on the phone.I came back to the shop
