Toonie is an amazing reiki and yoga practitioner. She has a lot of knowledge and skills on how the energy works with body and mind. I had her sessions and I always feel my body and mind are balanced and harmonised after each session. I highly recommend Toonie!

Toonie is--definitively--one of the best yoga teachers on the northern beaches, &, given just how many yoga teachers there are on Sydney's northern beaches, that's a big statement; particularly as, among them, are some truly excellent practitioners.Vinyasa. Ashtanga. Yin. Much of it is Greek to me (well, Sanskrit, I guess). But I well-know the effects on my mind, body, & spirit.Not content to sit still, Toonie is also a certified reiki master, & is now qualifying in sound healing, using Tibetan & crystal bowls.Just this afternoon, I was subject to a sound healing massage, in which said bowls were placed upon my person, to be sung, resulting in tuned frequencies & vibrations designed to calm.Despite my skepticism around this esoteric practice, the outcome was inarguable: I didn't want to return to the 'real' world, having found such peace & tranquility in but half-an-hour or so.After a week of broken sleep & high anxiety, Toonie, & her practice, was just the tonic I needed.Unreservedly commended.
