Called in for afternoon tea - amazing Banana split and delicious milkshake. Hubby enjoyed his coffee too. We did have to wait a while, as it seemed we were forgotten and others than came in after us where served first - I had to get up and connect with a server to take our order.Loses a star because of inaccessibility of the accessible toilet.

The worst service I have experienced in a long time.5 patrons, seated outside. Plenty of spare tables so venue was not full.Pretty immediate to greet us and give us menus.Average time to take our order.Coffee order was wrong, and took20minutes.After 30minutes we enquired how much longer it would be on the food. They said they would find out and never came back.When a waitress passed our table, we asked again whether they had an update on the food. She said 'oh, kitchen said another 20mins' and she walked off without an apology.50 minutes after taking our orders our meals arrived for 4/5 patrons. We clarified as to the missing meal and she said it was not on our order but she'd get it sorted in 2 minutes.She also said she would get us cutlery... we waited, then got up to get cutlery ourselves only to find her collecting other patrons food from the kitchen.No apology for the missing meal or lack of cutlery.We asked to take away the 5th meal as we had now been waiting over an hour and finished our food so they brought a brown paper bag...... no cardboard box for structure or seviettes, just a bag to turn the meal into slop.So disappointing.Got up to pay the $100+ bill and left feeling so deflated.None of this would have felt anywhere near as bad if the delays were communicated, an apology was made and the staff smiled.We won't be returning.

I love the grazing plate on this cafe! Gets very busy at times and is situated next to the road but you can see the lake if sitting outside. A great place to eat and pass time with friends!

Came here for a Sunday lunch on a clear sunny day. The view is fantastic. Had a great table on the balcony. We really had to seek out staff to take our order as we were left alone for more than 20 mins. We both ordered spaghetti king prawns. It was good but lacked a bit of punch and prawns had a distinctive flowery taste. We also had a small garlic pizza for entree and found it doughy on the edges. All in all a few improvements would go along way.

As a former pizza chef, I can vouch for the fact that the pizza at this particular restaurant is absolutely divine. I recently spent a lovely Friday evening here with my wife, mother-in-law, and daughter, indulging in some mouth-watering pizza.If you're a seafood lover, you absolutely must try their prawn pizza. It has just the right amount of spiciness to give it a bit of a kick, but it's the flavor that really sets it apart. Every bite is a delightful explosion of tastes that will leave your taste buds wanting more.I can tell you from experience that crafting a great pizza takes skill, patience, and high-quality ingredients. And this restaurant definitely ticks all the boxes. Attended on Easter Sunday with my 2 year old and 3 year old. Let the waiter know we were going to order some babychinos and possibly food. Told us to sit at the lounge and they would be over in a couple of minutes and it was table service. 15 minutes later, I approached the counter and Barista told me that someone would be over. 5 minutes later, I approached a waitress to order said drinks and food. Told to move to table as lounge was not able to accomodate food. Placed order. 25 minutes later, still no drinks... got up and left. With two kids at that age, waiting 45 minutes for 2 babychinos and a hot chocolate is absolutely ridiculous. It was only light to medium in busy period so would have expected better service.

My partner and I stopped in on Good Friday for lunch. Coffee was nice but then the food arrived. I ordered the vegan bowl which was supposed to come with pickled beetroot - it was just cut up tinned beetroot. No salad dressing but at least I could still eat it. My partner ordered prawn pasta, which was truly horrendous. The dish was just FULL of prawn heads, which she had to pull out. She barely ate any of the dish because it was pretty horrible - and at over 30 bucks, this is outrageous. Our lunch cost us almost 80 bucks and for that money, you expect food you can at least eat. Would appreciate a refund on the prawn pasta.

We went on a public holiday, the cafe had the regular 15% PH surcharge, which was fine. The caffe itself was extremely busy but we managed to get a table just walking in at lunch time. We were pleasantly surprised with a table upstairs with a gorgeous view of the lake.The service was very quick at first but we waited quite awhile for a latte and our main meals, it seemed as though upstairs may have been a little forgotten with the waiters. Overall the food was really good and a good experience for such a busy period.

We usually really like this place but the last two visits have been disappointing. Today we ordered our meal after waiting quite a while for our order to be taken. 40 minutes later no sign of our meal & despite lots of staff working, nobody “noticed” that there was nothing in front of us. After enquiring about the status of our order, we were informed that it was just going on now as it was apparently forgotten! Won’t be going back as at last visit, half of our order was lost. Such a shame as the food has always been great. Lovely staff, but clearly something lacking.
