Lounge Lovers Adelaide

I bought a table, 6 chairs, a sofa bed and a cabinet at Lounge Lovers this year. The showroom made it easy to see what the pieces really looked and felt like, so that's a great addition to the online store. The customer service was brilliant! I changed one of the items, and they made that process very easy. The delivery process is excellent. They keep you well informed, send reminders, and arrive when they say they will. I'm about to unpack the last pieces in my 'collection' - so exciting! Based on my experience, I highly recommend Lounge Lovers .

I’m very impressed with Lounge Lovers. I ordered three items from them, dining table, chairs and entertainment unit. We were setting up an investment apartment interstate and it was imperative that the furniture arrived on a specific date. Communication regarding delivery was incredible: I can not fault it.We were disappointed that an item that was coming from another one of their warehouses was delayed and when I needed to cancel that item it was no problem at all. There wasn’t any argument and we were given a full refund within 24 hrs which is very impressive considering some companies with charge a restocking fee.As to the furniture itself, once again I can’t fault it. The Hamilton circular dining table is absolutely beautiful and the Nova chairs are super comfortable.I would not hesitate to use Lounge Lovers again nor would hesitate to recommend them.

BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have ordered from Lounge Lovers twice and my most recent experience has been appalling. I order 3 items all in the colour that describe on their website as “walnut” all items are completely different colours one is what I would describe as a true walnut colour, the other is a ashy oak and the third is a dark chocolatey brown. I was shocked at how different they were. I contacted the ACCC as the images of the products online showed they were a completely different colour to how they arrived, and because LoungeLovers used the same description for each product so it would be reasonable for customers to expect they are similar. LoungeLovers have refused to collect and refund my chairs and dining table of the basis that “they are different ranges so they may vary in colour”. The chairs they are charging me a redelivery fee to collect and the finding table they won’t collect as it is assembled…which was done by them! They left the box on the top of the table while constructing it so I couldn’t see the true colour until it was assembled.The attitude I have recieved from their customer service team has been really poor and slow. Hopefully this review will get some response so I can sort this issues out with them. To other customers, be careful ordering from them as it is clear they deliver inconsistent products and do not believe in delivery even basic customer service.

Order online, and have been kept in the loop over the course of 2 weeks till my couch was delivered, superb communication and acomadating and helpful. Thank you for the experience. I'll be back if I need another.

Great friendly and helpful service. No pressure. And then when I needed to cancel my order they were just as friendly and helpful. Definitely would shop there again. Great range too

I’ve been in store and the team in store were gorgeous, however!Ordered online. Delivery time over 2 months, was not expecting this. They Cancelled my delivery 30 minutes before delivery was finally due, then I rescheduled and they tried to reschedule over me for their convenience.Delivery guy was very helpful and friendly when it finally arrived but the rest of the experience was well below average.Be aware they pay for reviews. I turned down the $50 they offered for a good review and the $50 they offered after I complained.I won’t be a returning customer.

Wish I could 0 or -... Will not be using again... Customer service was terrible! Harrassment before pick up and paying remaining balance.. picking stools up from warehouse and unpacking damaged and faulty bar stools and inconsistent packaging, and dirty. refund process a joke! Returning and refund process ridiculous and wonder how long will have to wait!!! We would recommend avoiding Lounge Lovers at all costs. We purchased eight leather dining chairs which looked sensational in the showroom. After three months, the leather upholstery has pulled away from the seat cushioning, creating air bubbles under the leather. When we contacted Lounge Lovers to seek assistance, we were advised that this is “normal wear & tear”, and not covered by warranty. Poor workmanship, worse customer service. We are investigating legal recourse, but in the meantime, be forewarned that both the products and the after-sale support are of extremely low quality.
