Luxury Cat Lodge - Cat Boarding Cattery Central Coast

Our cat is 11years old and we have used many catteries over years and unfortunately some have been absolutely awful and some sort of okay. Whenever Camo came back from catteries she was always stressed and just didn't seem 100%.******Luxury Cat Lodge gets a 6 STAR rating from Camo and I. The facilities are amazing as well as the staff. She has now been back 3 or 4 times with Luxury Cat Lodge and she is always happy and relaxed when she comes home. I can now confidently go away without worrying if she is being treated well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND:)

Our cat Ted has stayed at the Erina Heights lodge twice now and he loves it. It's the only time we have boarded him away that he has not come home traumatised from being out of his usual environment. Jules and her team are very professional and friendly and care a great deal about their guests. I highly recommend them.

This is an amazing facility with big rooms and lovely staff. We highly recommend. Our Bert is always well cared for and we have really appreciated having somewhere we can trust to board him every holiday- as it makes us less anxious about leaving him behind. We had Gizmo lodged in a Window Cat Lodge for the best part of a month in September 2022 and we couldn’t have been more impressed with both the facility, and with how well adjusted she came home after her long stay. Jules and her team provided excellent care for our anxious cat, making sure she got daily one on one time with the staff and eventually got comfortable enough to let them brush her … we really appreciated the photos and videos which put us at ease whilst away on our trip. We would definitely recommend.

Our cats Maurice & Betty have been staying with Divine Creatures for years now.We were very pleased to hear that a second location 'Luxury Cat Lodge' would be available for our cats as the popularity of Divine Creatures means availablity in our preferred cat accommodation isn't guaranteed.Maurice and Betty stayed in a Luxury Verandah Cabin which provided ample room for the two of them, plus having an outdoor area for some fresh air & to sun themselves was an absolute bonus.I can't recommend Jules & her team highly enough. They have always looked after our cats so well & this is apparent in just how relaxed & how easily our cats settle back in at home.

The Luxury Cat Lodge has everything you want for your fur babies. Attentive staff, beautiful facilities, and a calm environment. Katya and Maverick loved the jungle gym and toys. Jules and her team are extremely caring and accomodating. I would highly recommend the Luxury Lodge.

Just excellent! Our boy McAlister (Mac) couldn't stay with his usual aunty sitter this time around, so we took him to Luxury Cat Lodge. We were so worried if he would be okay but he loved his stay so much he didn't want to come home! The ladies here are wonderful, caring, and friendly; you can tell they all love cats. Bec is wonderful and Mac really loved her! Cannot recommend this place enough. Mac will definitely be back and it is great to know he is comfortable staying here whenever we go away.

After trying several cat boarding facilities I can honestly say I am elated to have found Jules and the Luxury Cat Lodge. I have two British Shorthair’s and one would always come home skinny, the other fat.. Jules and team make sure that they are both eating well and fairly and when they come home, they are always quick to settle back which to me is a great sign! Thanks team

Amazing place. We really struggled to find a cattery that we were comfortable entrusting with our two 10 month old cats, Cleo and Pashmak, for 4 weeks - most of the catteries we looked at only offered small cages and weren't appropriate for such a long time period.Luxury Cat Lodge is more like a luxury hotel for cats than a cattery. The rooms are spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed and it is obvious that the owner Jules loves cats and cares deeply for their welfare. We chose a verandah suite for our babies and as soon as we dropped them off we could see that they would love having so much space and the ability to sunbathe on the verandah and watch the birds.Jules and her staff sent us lots of photos, videos and texts over the time our babies were with them and when we picked them up our cats were healthy, happy and relaxed. Highly recommend the Lodge and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

My 2 Boys Bollie and Peri had a wonderful time at Divine Creatures Luxury cat lodge over Xmas. They have stayed with Jules previously at Willoughby as well so I was confident they would be well looked after! The Luxury cabin with veranda was beautiful and spacious. I got videos to see that they were having a lovely time which is very reassuring when away (especially after not being away from them for 2 years due to pandemic!!) They even got some Xmas presents :) They came home happy and relaxed!I highly recommend a stay here for any kitties! Jules has put her heart and soul into this and it really shows!!
