Thank you so much Black Tie Classic, for sorting out a suit for my fiance two days prior to the event at late notice. Excellent service and great quality suit. Highly recommend.

Came here for a suit fitting for a wedding. They were very helpful and able to offer style recommendations as well as your general assistance. The owner was easy to get along with. Of course heads up that buying a tailored suit is never going to be cheap

Suits were wonderful, however the customer service was appalling. Suits were collected 2 days prior to the wedding, the man (don’t remember the name) had specifically told us that we had 1 week to return the suits - so would be the following Friday, however there was not offical note made into the system. I called today and the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. I then spoke to Jerry who then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, and they would never give a week to return the suits. We had never been told how long the suits had to be returned by, until I called today, and was rudely told by the lady that the suits had to be returned TODAY, otherwise a late fee of $20 per suit, per day would occur. We are lucky I had called them otherwise we would have been paying a late fee of almost $500 which is absolutely ridiculous. There is nothing on there website to state the return process, and nothing even on the receipt or hire paper that includes this.The suits looked great on all the boys, however I do not recommend for the poor customer service skills that this company has.

VERY REASONABLY PRICED - I've used Zoran's Service a few times now. He continues to be personable and well spoken, the premises are cozy, feels like you're trying outfits on in your bedroom. I like that you can hire 1 piece if that's only what you need for example a vest with a matching bow tie (subject to availability of course) compared to competitors who mostly ask you hire a whole suit set just for a vest. Great variety of cuff links too. He not only hires out but also offers some items for sale.

Avoid if you don't want unnecessary stress.Each appointment we went to they could not remember that the appointment was booked, what the order was or where the order was - but assured us everything was in order.While planning for the wedding we took measurements and arranges (and paid) for the suites 2 months prior to the wedding. We had arranged for 2 purchased suites to be tailored and 2 hired suites to also be ready for the day.Picked up all suited 2 days prior to the wedding (1 day before leaving as it was a destination wedding).They could not find the order until we provided them with our copy of the paperwork. Suites had not been tailored. Shirts were the wrong sizes. Pants (both hired and purchased) had issues on the day (zippers broke and buttons came off), requiring last minute safety pin fixes.Honestly, Black Tie Classic gave the sense of a business that is scattered and unprofessional. For a day so important; I recommend you get you suites from someone who knows which way is up.

Do you want to make a booking to hire a suit and be told at the time of pickup that it isn’t ready yet because they’re so busy?Do you want to be stressed out wondering how long you have to stand around waiting to be served?Do you want a filthy shirt with gross sweat stains?Then look no further than black tie classic.I don’t know if this place has heard of computers but it might streamline their ability to actually serve customers.If I could give zero stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend it at all for any occasion, but for a wedding I’m just glad only my groomsmen had to deal with this absolute circus of a business as it would have been insanely stressful.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely fantastic service. We booked my husband and our groomsmen in for fittings and the staff were excellent in fitting everyone individually. We were incredibly impressed with Black Tie Classic who accommodated a last minute change in the bridal party - 48 hours before the wedding they went out of their way to alter a suit for us to assist with this. We were so grateful for this service during such a stressful time! Highly recommend.

Hired suits for 1 x groom and 4 x groomsman. The suits were picked up the day before the wedding, a few hours later opened them up to double check everything was there and found that the items had not been cleaned (groom shirt picture attached). 3 shirts were stained/unclean and another had a tear in the fabric. Measurements of the groomsmen were taken at the suit fitting however items were not altered correctly to fit. Called the company who arranged new shirts to be provided, however these needed to be picked up and a special trip had to be made back to the store at 6.30pm the night before the wedding. The next week the company were called again to ask what happened and they advised they simply did not have time to check the suits before hiring them out. Very disappointing, and an unnecessary stress on the night before the wedding. Would not recommend.

Great experience with all the staff there, they here helpful and accommodating to our needs. Furthermore the product was of high quality, we were very satisfied with our suits. Highly recommend! However you need to have time on your side and be organised but it’s all worth it in the end! Thanks Zoran!!
