rang immediately to book in for a mri told it was a bulk bill made an appointment got there to only be told its not a bulk bill rang them asked to speak to the manager had to ask 5 times was told would get a call back back its been 2 days still no ball backvery poor service

Went for an X-Ray and ultrasound on two different occasions during the same week. Receptionists’ are friendly and welcoming. The woman who did my x-ray and the gentleman that did my ultrasound were incredibly kind. On both occasions it took them less then 5 minutes to see me. Highly recommend going here as the I-MED in Dandenong was terrible.

I got my DEXA Scan done today at this centre. During the initial discussion at the time of appointment and at reception I was advised that there might be some out of pocket expenses involved depending upon my eligibility. The technologist asked me a few questions and helped in filling the form. He checked my previous reports and confirmed that my scan would be bulk-billed due to my ongoing condition. This is what was done during the last 3 occasions at different radiology centres.After this confirmation I got my scan done. But then the receptionist quoted me $210 for this scan and I was told that they are a private centre and don't do bulk-billing. So I made the payment and filled an online feedback/complaint. I got a call from customer care but the only thing I was offered was an apology for wrong information by the technologist.A very bad customer experience, never going back here when we have other bulk-billing centres available. I hope this review will help others in making an informed decision.

The seemingly friendly" lady who tried to do an ultrasound on my 7 week old baby got upset because the baby was scared and unsettled. I offered to hold the baby and she would do the ultrasound
