Women's Rest Centre

The shower itself was clean enough no curtains though so not much privacy. The pungent aroma of urine made it hard to feel clean but being a free shower you cant expect to much.Also for anyone wondering there are male facilities there even though its a women's rest area" bit sexist If u ask me

Hot water, good pressure. Every town in Australia should have on of these.Just a bit on the dirty side. And there is a homeless dude that goes into every stall when someone finishes to see if they left anything to steal, he even goes into the females, so stand guard any women going here

Been using the facilities here for a couple of months on and off as we used Albany as our base traveling to the surrounding regions sightseeing. It's a fantastic service and our grateful thanks to the Council or whoever provides it. Just wish some of the men who use this terrific place were a bit more caring of this facility. The Cleaners work hard to keep it in good condition but it's often left littered with rubbish on the floor and in the showers when there is a bin. Have often cleaned up after the careless just to say thank you as we appreciate it very much. To those who abuse this place please show some respect for the city of Albany for this fantastic service; put your rubbish in the bin and flush the urinals when you use it so the place doesn't stink! Thank you Albany for this generous service to travelers and the homeless.

One of the best free showers I’ve ever taken! There are a water fountain, drinking tap and some benches right next to the bathrooms:)

A Nice welcome rest centre" in Albany WA.The title is a little deceiving as it caters for both Females and Males.Very clean inside and also clean smelling.Showers and toilets for all genders in seperate sections.Would have given it 5 stars except for the lack of privacy in the men's shower block."

Hot showers and clean bathrooms free of use !! Amazing facility, always been cleaned and well maintained every time I used them. Parking spots right at the front (limited time)Thanks Albany!!
