Highly recommend CarmEli Old Fashioned Cooking. If you love good quality ingredients that give flavour and taste, you will not be disappointed. Halo cooks everything from scratch which is a credit to the quality and beautiful presentation. Our menu was perfect and the service Halo provided was impeccable, above expectations. The ladies who came to our Kitchen Tea party were also impressed commenting on how delicious everything was. I would and without hesitation recommend having your event catered for by Halo and her team. Thank you Halo :)

We had CarmEli this weekend as the bar service for our wedding. Halo stepped in when our original bar pulled out. And it was the best thing that could have happened! What an amazing team, beautiful little bar and wonderful wine and beer. Halo was great to work with and I could not recommend her highly enough!

Cannot recommend CarmEli Catering highly enough. As a Wedding + Events venue owner in the Dandenong Ranges, we recently had the pleasure of having Halo + her team at our Venue for a Wedding. The communication prior to + during the event was outstanding (not to mention friendly, warm + thorough). The Bar Van itself was gorgeous. Spotless and you can tell very well maintained. Feedback from the Couple & their guests was fantastic. They left our venue spotless, disposed of all rubbish and was like they were never there!. We very much looking forward to welcoming CarmEli Catering + Bar back in the near future. Thanks guys!!

We had Halo and the team at our wedding on November 12th and absolutely everyone raved about the bar and cocktails. Halo’s bar is absolutely stunning, drinks kept flowing and the party kept going. Dealing with Halo was a pleasure from the start to the end and we are so grateful for the service we had during the night. The cocktails were absolutely delicious and would definitely have Halo back for another event.
