I went here to get my lash extensions and brows laminated and I couldn’t have asked for a better service! Not only were the girls so sweet and friendly, the jobs they did were amazing. They both listened to exactly what I asked for and as someone who’s quite picky, I was more than happy with how fluffy and perfect my lashes and brows turned out! I went on holiday straight after and my lashes lasted the whole time - couldn’t recommend these guys more!

I came here to get eyelash extensions. I'd never gotten them before but the staff explained the whole process to me and what the maintenance would require so I felt very prepared and comfortable. The salon was very pretty and had a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed a relaxing nap while having my service done haha. The staff were kind and professional, overall a lovely experience.

Velvet Lashes' staff really knows what excellence in customer experience is. They know that a happy customer is a a loyal customer that will keep coming back. I first went for a lash lift and tint but I wasn't happy with the result as it wasn't what I expected and requested. Linda was very understanding and accommodating to my feedback and offered to do the service again, I then preferred to opt for a lash extension service and she did it to me instead of the second lash lift attempt with no additional fees.I was really happy with the result of my lash extension, it looked gorgeous, but most of all I'm delighted with the customer care Linda offered me. They earned my loyalty for sure.
