Absolutely disgraceful!!! This is NOT where you get free RAT tests and is usually closed. The poor, unfortunate monkey they have abandoned to car park duties is blissfully unaware that he is misinformed telling everyone to come back after 3.30pm where it is actually locked up sometime then and, in reality, you have to meander around until you spot a spurious warehouse peddling the tests near Marriot Rd instead. Good luck. Luckily poor health admin is not dangerous for your health it seems.

One of the worst experiences I have had with any company in the health sector. I spent more than 2 hours waiting to be taken into a consulting room by a pathologist. I was in the room for approximately four minutes, where I was provided with a specimen jar and an A4 document / information sheet that I had already found on the internet. I was told not to wait at reception and to attend the drop off center directly due to the time sensitive nature of the test. At the drop off center I was told to return to reception. At reception a payment was taken. They were unable to provide an invoice for me to claim an amount back from medicare. I had to call a call centre (twice so far) to provide my details and an email address. I was told I would receive an invoice (that I would need to print myself) in order to claim from medicare. I was told that I would receive the email within seven days. Seven days later and still nothing. Inefficient and anti-consumer is an understatement. I will remember this experience next time I have a choice of where to go for pathology.

Very irresponsible staff. I have contacted them 3 times regarding reissuing my pathology receipt. It's been more than a month now and they still haven't send it. Whenever I call them they would say that it would be send by 3 to 5 days and nothing have happened so far. Getting really frustrated with their service.

I am 4 stage cancer and very sick and weak. I was refused a home visit yesterday for my blood collection ( when I contacted the day before) Had to drag myself out of bed on my jellies legs, and drives to get it done. Today I am in the chemotherapy room and no chemo ready due to the late result from Wdp! Waiting now for 3 hours! I will put official complain to professor Chan and will ask to go to other blood collection company! Your receptionist on 9317 0708 is always rude and reluctant to book (she always start by why don’t you go? ) This is number is for home collection and I only asked for that services 4 time during the 5 month of chemo weekly . I getting very tired and all what that woman can do is to find excuses every time! I am too weak to go to the place near me. You can not even help the vulnerable ! and when we go to you, you cannot get result in time? Well no thanks ! no more !

The receptionist does not know her job well and my specimen could have spoiled due to her lack of knowledge.I arrived with a specimen that had to be delivered to the lab within an hour of collection. I arrived with about 40 min to spare and told the receptionist the name of the test and was simply told to take a number and have a seat with 3 other people waiting.After 2 min, I approached her again and asked if there was anywhere I could just drop off the specimen since I had already collected it. She said I had to see the collector. I replied that I had already seen a collector a few days ago, completed the paperwork, I got the specimen with me already, and emphasized that it was a really time sensitive test.She finally admitted that she did not know anything about the test" and that the collector will see me next since it was urgent.In the meantime

Excellent customer service. I have never felt so welcomed by the reception and also the nurse taking my D&A test. These ladies are fantastic and I would highly recommend this centre. Great work ladies!

Never heard of this place a day in my life is actually in a whole other country but yet they keep charging me $0.71 then $1.40 then other random amounts of US currency this keeps happening to my Prepaid cards that are Only used for online payments. So it's my belief that this company is dealing with something fraudulent especially when I can't even reach them via anything other than a 6 digit number.

Lots of parking. Was able to have blood test done here pretty quickly. Friendly staff. They receive specimens here too.

Went to the South Lake practice on South Lake Drive with my elderly mother. No signs on door, no phone contact details and not open. It is a Saturday morning and their door times show they should be open. Make contact with another practice who advise they are closed today. It’s wonderful telling other practices, but how about sign posting it on the door at the very least. You lost at least 4 disgruntled customers at the one moment we were there…. but you probably don’t care about that either.
