It's been a pleasure working with Ryan, Courtney & Tim for our showroom. We installed some of the latest smart toilets in our working display to showcase to our clients. No matter how technical it was and new to the team, it was never a problem and all installed in a very efficitent manner :) Also the communication was great from bookings to post sales checks. We originally asked Ryan and his team to replace some gutters and downpipes, as well as install gutter guards.Whilst carrying out this work (efficiently, on time and on budget), they also did some additional roof repairs, including devising and installing a permanent solution to an ongoing problem.Their communication was great and Ryan is very easy to deal with. We would definitely use Ryan and his team again.

Tier 1 has done several jobs for my strata block and my own unit. He inspected and advised on a problem with a storm water pipe shared with a neighbouring building which two other plumbers had quoted a huge amount of money to fix. Ryan’s solution was different and saved us thousands, and it worked. He has also removed and installed a new toilet seat and vanity unit. Both jobs were done efficiently and to a high standard. He is polite, articulate and respectful. He turns up on time and always does his best to fit me into his busy schedule. I trust Ryan completely and highly recommend Tier 1 plumbing.
