Wayne serviced my Janome Excel 23X, which I’d just received as a gift. It’s over 25 years old, hadn’t been used in a long time and the bobbin wouldn’t wind. Wayne turned it around in 1 day, and it’s now running smoothly. Feels like a new machine! Plus the service is friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Wayne serviced my Nan's old Janome 607 from the 70s (I believe), that hadn't been properly used in decades. He fixed and explained several issues it had. Would highly recommend him and his business if you ever need servicing/repairs for your machine! Not to mention the price was extremely reasonable and he let me know he was done the very next day after dropping off my machine ^^

I took my nan's singer sewing machine to Wayne for a service and repair. Wayne was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He provided an explanation of what he had done and the repair was very well priced. The machine works a treat, and I am very pleased. Would certainly recommend Wayne to anyone needing sewing machine repairs.

He's highly skilled, has a wealth of experience repairing and maintaining sewing machines and clearly takes great care and pride in his work. Very reasonably priced too. Wayne offers an AWESOME level of service. He was the only one who gave me a short turnaround for repair of my overlocker (everyone else was at least 2 weeks, he said 3-4 days and then had my overlocker fixed and cleaned and working better than ever in the same day! Also the price was well below anyone else's quote. I highly recommend Wayne to anyone wanting their sewing machine or overlocker back up and running.
