The team at Zen are always lovely and deliver excellent service. Couldn't be happier with my manicure and pedicure!

Tried Zen for the first time today and had a really good experience, the salon was clean and tidy and the girls working there were really lovely. The girl doing my manicure was very helpful giving tips for people with naturally thin nails like myself, opting to buff my nails instead of drilling to get the remainder of my acrylics off. The service was quick and attentive and the salon had a good atmosphere.

So happy I found this place ! By far the best service and quality I’ve ever received whilst getting my nails done !! Such a beautiful salon with great attention to detail and the most beautiful nail art !! Everyone was so lovely I will definitely be calling this my regular salon ❤️❤️

Such good company, it was my first time ever going and when we arrived my sister told them it was my birthday, next thing we know they brought out a delicious two person birthday cake for me. Never been happier with a nail experience, they did beautiful flowers on my nails and was overall such a fun and kind experience. Love the ladies there ❤️

Poor service- Went in wasn’t to sure what the services were. Not from here so wasn’t aware asked the lady didn’t really explain. Some things I did notice is when ever a customer walked in they were asked if they would like anything to drink. Unfortunately wasn’t asked was just told sit and have look at the nail colors they have and there. I Showed them a picture of I would like and they said okay. Had 3 different people do my nails. They were making side comment of where I got my nails done before. Also the service was not the best like all the other customer got a little massage after as well and they just told me to go pay. I actually wouldn’t go back here.

I’ve only ever had great experiences here. The ladies are all so lovely. Highly recommend !Love the Christmas lucky dip too - so fun. Thank you Zen for always taking care of me!
