Vegas Nails

I went to get my nails done, they started and shaved them down then got up and left for 20 mins. During this time many more people came in and got served. By the time they came back it had been over 20 mins and there was no time to get my nails done... they then tried to charge $15

Horrible quality and service. Been here before but never this disappointed, male staff member was rude when requesting a discount due to the horrible quality of nails. Lady had cut the skin around nail, caused continuous pain and then proceeded to blame me for choosing a short length. Didn’t get any better when switching nail techs, couldn’t even paint the full surface with the polish. If you want crusty painful and ugly nails go here.

The worst place ever, doesn’t even deserve one star. sat me down put the water in and forgot to turn on the spa. I asked them if the spa was meant to be on the lady replied ‘one minute!’ Extremely rudely…then came and forgot to turn it on again instead argued with me saying that ‘everyone is waiting’ basically stop complaining. Then I asked again and the lady got angry at me saying ‘one minute’ and I was like I’m asking quite nicely. Then another came and I asked ‘us the spa supposed to be on?’ And she lectured me saying ‘I can’t just turn it on I need to put gloves on I can do it standing’ So much attitude when THEY WERE IN THE WRONG. The other lady chimed in saying ‘you can leave if you are busy’. So I did leave and will never be backDisgraceful customer service. Don’t come here unless you want to feel like the staff are doing you a favour or if you want to be treated rudely.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible attitude and customer service, especially the owners (the husband and wife). Then they all talk about you in front of your face in their language. So unprofessional and off putting. You’ve lost a me as a customer forever and many others as I would normally recommend you but not anymore.

Terrible customer service.I suppose to do manicure and acrylic.The lady suggested SNS clearly because didn't want to waste her time. If the owner was there probably she would've done what I came for.When I've walked in the saloon was busy, I wasn't in a rush so I was happy to wait. The lady asked me to sit at the work desk without tell me if there was a long wait or if someone would've be with me shortly.After 20 min one lady put the foil on my nails to remove my old shellac and gave me the colours to choose from.After 15 more minutes the shellac was completely melted and ready to proceed with the manicure.At this point one lady came in saying the was a little in a rush so the nail lady stoodup from my position to run to look after the new lady.I've showed her that my nails were more than ready and I've waited already enough so she should've keep going with me and not with someone else who had just walked in without a booking.After a chat in Vietnamese one other lady came to remove my shellac and then I've had to leave since in one hour that was all they have done with my nails.They asked me $10 without even apologise for the unprofessional customer service.Congratulations you lost a customer who lives at Macquarie and would've come every fortnight to spend money if only the staff would've work professionally.

One of the best nail salon in Ryde and this place has become my regular go-to.They do not speak good English but that does not affect the quality and their skills. So if you're looking for someone to have a good chat, probably not the best. But they do provide a really good serviceThey've got a really good range of colors and by far it's the top alone that has the most colors for SNS.They are busy, so best if you call to make an appointment unless you're willing to wait during a walk-in.A week after coming here, I broke/crack two of my nails. Went back to the shop to fix it, they did for me with no cost and made sure it was strong enough to not cause any further damage as I am quite rough with them.

I was about to leave a 4 or 5 star review for the pedicure but then they did my hands next. I've attached photos. Not only they really rushed through, didn't do anything properly but the colour is applied horribly.The pedicure included a scrub and a hot stone massage which is nice, but the ultimate goal is good looking nails with well applied colour which I didn't get.upd: the nail polish started peeling off the next day.

I’ve popped in today for a bit of TLC, they are very busy but acknowledged me promptly and made me comfortable. I’ve picked my colour and enjoyed their massage chair. The ladies are effective and quite good at their job. I’m very happy with how it all went.

I’ve been going to Vegas Nails for approximately 5 years, every 3 weeks. I was a loyal client. Whilst it’s annoying that as a regular client, the staff chop and change throughout a single visit depending on the number of other people who come into the shop for nails and pedicures. This week was the LAST time I will ever set foot in this shop. The owner Harry was obviously having a bad day. I objected being spoken to in the tone he used when deciding on the shape of my nails for today. Given he has done them approximately 40 times himself previously, I would have thought he may have remembered. I asked him not to speak to me with such a bad tone. He continued to speak to his staff in their lingo, obviously upset with me! I WILL NEVER RETURN.
