The Star Discount Chemist The Gap has played a valuable and crucial part in my health care program for over 15 years +. The front of house staff and pharmacists have an outstanding professional manner yet they are friendly and comforting when needed. My prescriptions are complicated due to my chronic health issues. The prescriptions require a high degree of attention to detail when they are dispensed. I have confidence that my profile of drugs are well managed and my best interest is always at the forefront of their mind. Thank you for going the extra mile for me as a patient. Pharmacists and service staff at this pharmacy are excellent. Stacie (pharmacist) goes over and beyond. No matter how busy she will take the time to give personal attention if requested. Her advice is always thorough and considered.

It’s a very pleasant experience to walk into the pharmacy where the staff, in a most friendly and caring way attend to your needs. There is no waiting for someone to wander over to you.The pharmacist always gives her professional expertise to any questions you might’ve re your medications.

Hannah M is an extremely professional and cheerful pharmacy assistant who I work with frequently with. She organises and supplies my medications and other pharmacy items and looks after the customer accounts. She supplies everything in a timely fashion. She really deserves 6 stars. She is an exemplary staff member amongst an excellent team.
