Mistakes happen but seriously?!My wife purchased a loaf of bread from here and amidst the chaos of everything, when trying to re-pack the shopping bags she accidentally left it on the counter. After calling to see if we could swing past and collect it, we were told no. Nothing could be done. Seriously?! We’re not trying to steal a $5 loaf of bread, we even have the transaction to show we paid for it! Have a little compassion Baker Delight especially in the midst of a pandemic. Shop elsewhere if you want good customer service.
