The Zenden | The Zenden is a centre for transformation. Not your average western yoga studio. We bring authentic yogic practices, deeply rooted in tradition, to a modern studio environment, so you don’t have to take a pilgrimage to the Himalayas to receive the real stuff. We specialise in Yoga Vedanta and Chinese Medicine, with classes including Tantric Hatha, Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Yin, and Qi Gong.

The Zenden
An experience of authentic yoga. Genuinely the only place I will attend a public class within the shire! They’ve got a beautiful mix of classes and teachers in a cosy atmosphere complete with a wood fire. It’s such a refreshing place to practice as there’s no ‘in scene’ and the practices are potent.
