Such a beautiful cottage and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The attention to detail in styling, decor and charm was spot on. So spacious and comfortable with absolutely everything you need and more. Beautifully maintained gardens and property in an awesome location in relation to the town of Millthorpe. We will definitely be back!

What a gorgeous cottage. Beautifully decorated, well appointed and lovely attention to detail. The house has such a lovely feel to it, roomy and the cottage gardens are just stunning. The quant little town of Millthorpe is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this property.

A beautiful homeWe really enjoyed a lovely getaway with old friends to this beautiful home. It is well appointed and all the rooms are spacious and ooze olde worlde charm. Our group all agreed that the beds are the most comfortable we'd ever enjoyed and the time we squandered looking out into the garden from the sun room was time well spent. Time slowed down during our time together in Millthorpe and it was perfect!I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed here for a night and it was incredible! The place is so beautifully decorated! We loved all the details that the owner didn’t overlook. Millthorpe is such a cute little town. What a wonderful experience. Would definitely come back!

Had the absolute pleasure of staying in this immaculate accommodation recently. Millthorpe is a beautiful place, as is the Speckled Nest. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay, with a country feel. Thank you to our hosts Anita and Paul.

Loved to have stayed, looked good on paper but pompous officious gatekeeper curtly advised that we could not book 2 months in advance as this was not how she did business. Might drop in a copy of hospitality digest for her to ruminate over when her cottage is empty next time. Sorry about the one star but unable to leave field open.
