Domino’s Pizza Kelvin Grove
Had a pizza from the Kelvin Grove store delivered recently and it arrived with a slice missing. I emailed Dominos because I was worried about how this happened - was it accidentally given to another customer or left unattended in store? Neither one being great during these COVID sensitive times. Their response was to check their 'pizza tracker' image and inform me that the slice was in fact never missing. Not a great response when the pizza I received was incomplete, the photo shows how it looked when I opened the box. I was disappointed by the missing slice - but mistakes happen, it was the email reply that essentially dismissed my feedback and had no interest in understanding what happened that was most irritating.

Decent place for a quick pizza. I had the BBQ Meatlover and it was pretty good. They also have the vegan options but not sure how good.

I bought 3 large pizza's for dinner from this store and all of them were over baked and burnt.Circumference of the pizza is heavily burnt and the topping also burnt on many places. Had to throw away more than half of the order as it wasn't edible at all.

When I went to pick up pizza, flies were everywhere on the pizza box, and it was burnt and had a fowl rotten taste. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you've never had food poisoning before not sure if that's mold

A young bike delivery driver with long black hair and acne was incredibly rude on arrival. He kicked my cat on the way to the door and when confronted took a bite of the meal. Very poor service will not order again.

I ordered a vegan pizza and they gave me dairy cheese by accident, and I only realised when I got home like 20 minutes later. I went straight back and asked if it could be exchanged, and the guy working there was so nice! He took it back, no questions asked, no extra charge, and made me a vegan one in literally 5 mins!!! ✨✨✨

No word to describe... If you order pizza without cheese this is the results! My little daughters did not enjoyed the pizzas tonight!I suggest more training, use more pizza sauce and not just the one on already made by factory. Very disappointed!!!

Was concerned after reading reviews but the pizzas were good. Ordered 7 for my son's birthday party and all of them were great. Ready on time. Staff were very friendly. A large pizza isn't very big but that's par for the course.
