I saw examples where he clearly went above and beyond any possible 'call of duty'.It's a shame Google only have 5 stars. That one support worker alone, as mentioned above, should get 7.

Feel sorry for the poor folk that work and have to deal with New Horizons services, and work there for far below minimum wage. That may struggle with making comments, giving feedback and being listened to by new horizons and other similar services through the Australian mental health system.
