Zupps Aspley Jeep Service

I brought a 2021 Chrysler SRT CORE brand new off the showroom floor in December, and brought it in for its first service in January 2022. You had the car for not even 30 minutes and told me it was all done and the next service was due in January 2023 or 12,000km. I had to take the car back in not even 7 months after having the service because it said the oil needed to be changed. After bringing the car in you then done a whole service on it again and then charged me $453 for it. If the service was done right in the first place this wouldn't of happened.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Craig from service never replys have to remind him waited weeks for a reply for parts etc... The way they treat you here is appaling dont buy a care plan from this dealership they will try every trick in the book not to cover you or help you. My friends and family have purchased more than 11 new and used cars from this dealership my wife and i will never purchase or recommend anyone to come back to this dealership ever again absolute joke!

Poor jeep customer service continues here at AspleyHopefully the recent jeep ownership change will result in a total postive change that forced me to engage and stay with the friendly approachable Westpoint Jeep service manager close to 3 years now

These guys are fantastic at leaving you frustrated and angry with every interaction you have with them. On this occasion, despite booking online and receiving a confirmation email of the booking, I turned up on the date of the booking to be told that there was no such booking in their system. What fun! On previous occasions they have failed to identify common issues with my Jeep that are well known, instead blaming noises in the engine on 'the changing seasons'. Well done to the Aspley Service Centre team - you excel at being absolutely terrible. If you wish to be treated with contempt, this is where you should have your vehicle serviced!

Had my Jeep two months before engine problems and then +/- 2 to 3 months of it sitting in the workshop waiting on parts from the States, but Craig and his team never had the decency to ring with updates!Now Craig, Ben & Lauren - the bullies they are, made me have a 6 monthly or 10,000km service with them or according to them if I didn’t then I would be in breach of my contract! So it had a service on 25/01/2019 at a reduced rate.I hadn’t even got my vehicle or invoice back from them and they were were demanding payment! Annoyingly, the things they put as being serviced weren’t as it CAME BACK WITH THOSE & MORE DEFECTS and I have photos to prove it!!!I have only told bits and pieces of the story of my Jeep ... BEWARE OF JEEP ASPLEY, THE SALES & SERVICE TEAMS!! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Won't recommend to any one to go. At regular service they're broke my rear brand new tire with car lift. Did not offer me any replace, said it wasn't them. Have to pay $290 on top of $400 service fees. Unfortunately can't score them with -10 , that what they deserve

If there was an option for negative stars I would have given it. This service center tried to scam me into thinking I NEEDED a full headlight replacement.That is about $5k. After a second opinion it turns out I just needed new headlight bulbs, top of the range genuine parts cost about $350 NEVER GOING BACK

Difficult to take your car if you cannot get the service of drop off and pick up in less than 5km radius.

Craig, Vicky and the team at the Jeep Zillmere are wonderful. They go above and beyond the normal, every visit. Thank you so much for everything.

Alot of apprentices work on the cars which is better than bad cause there monitored
