LAB Spa Clinic gives you the feeling of peace as soon as you walk through their door. Walk up the stairs and you are greeted with a smile and by your name. Leslie, the owner truly cares about her business-- the products she uses and the treatments are all excellent and well researched. Therapists Donna and Chloe are professional, helpful and gentle. Neutral Bay customers are very lucky to have LAB in their neighbourhood.

I have been a client for approximately 9 years and always found that Lesley ensures her business is run professionally with the highest of hygiene standards and the latest and greatest equipment and treatments which she trials on herself so that what is offered really works!You can trust that any treatment or product has been thoroughly tested before introduced.It is also the only Clinic I know of that exfoliates and moisturizes after a leg wax!The Clinic is an ultimate luxurious and relaxing experience where you’re always made to feel welcome on arrival, with a seat and a drink offered, and the level of service always a high standard.There have been a number of occasions over the years I have arrived at the Clinic with a medical condition not even thinking they could offer a relieving treatment, however, Lesley is always there with a suggestion for a treatment that accelerates the healing of these conditions.Chloe and Donna are highly experienced and knowledgeable therapists who offer even more value to an already exceptional Clinic. They are both so lovely and nothing is ever too much for them.

Great Clinic, fantastic staff, and one of the most professional and upstanding Skin Clinics I have ever been to. Honestly I wish I lived in Sydney because this place is a favorite.I went in for the Morpheus8 fractional RF technology designed to target and strengthen the Fibro-Septal Network (FSN) skin-fat matrix, resulting in improved skin appearance and reduced irregularities on the face and body. I have found it to be a super effective but super painful experience, however Dr. Osanda really really made bearable using a bupivacaine injection to block the nerve receptors. It wasn't 100% but thank God it was close enough.I coupled the Morpheus8 with a Platelet Rich Plasma treatment to help aid the healing process as well as promote collagen growth. Very happy with both treatments.Again, can't recommend this place enough.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits to LAB over the past 10 years. The friendly staff always greet me with warm smiles so I feel instantly relaxed and welcomed every time I step in the door! These highly trained therapists have extensive knowledge of the treatments for different skin problems I have and always give me great advice on skin care.The clinic uses advanced technology/equipment for treatments that really work and transform my skin completely! My skin is definitely glowing and is in a healthier condition than it was 10 years ago. I cannot thank LAB enough!This is not the cheapest place in town for skin treatments, but if you are serious about real results, you can trust these professionals! I highly recommend LAB for their outstanding service and amazing results you can see. Your money will be well spent.

I was not satisfied with my skin since August last year. I am only 31, but the long-term stress took its price and accelerated my aging process. It went so far that I did not even take pictures with my friends for almost a year as I did not feel confident and basically did not like my face. Leslie and Mary listened to my concerns and suggested a treatment that answered my skin´s needs. They fit my budget and busy schedule and gave me natural procedures as I am not a huge fan of fillers, and if necessary, I would do any surgical treatments later. I have to say I AM POSITIVELY SHOCKED HOW MUCH BETTER MY SKIN LOOKS LIKE JUST AFTER 2,5 WEEKS OF THEIR TREATMENT. I did not believe them at the beginning :) But my skin now looks thicker, more lifted, and cleaner. I am so happy I decided to use their services. I started to like my face again and became more confident. Even my mom, who is in Europe, and we call via WhatsApp, noticed the improvements in my skin. I should have used LAB Skin Clinic´s services sooner, and I encourage every woman to do so to put their skin as a priority. Leslie and Mary also advised on a daily skincare routine. I can see that a client´s satisfaction and healthy skin are their priority.

Lesley and Mary are very good at what they do, are clearly very knowledgeable, putting together a treatment plan for you on a holistic level. They are honest, up front and really care about results for their clients. A search for a 5 star clinic led me to their door and I feel I’ve landed myself in good hands. Would recommend.

I really enjoyed my first experience at LAB skin clinic , very good service and friendly staff .The atmosphere of the clinic was very relaxing and calm. I had a good analyse of my skin and a lovely treatment performed by Donna.She was very professional , caring and gave me good advices regarding my skin care .I will definitely come back for another treatment.
