When I found what I wanted their website had a chat feature and I was able to ask a few questions that were answered right away. Shipping I know is always an issue but Seth assured me that it would arrive in approximately 2 weeks to western Canada, and it did. Very happy with their service.

I highly recommend Seth and his team.I do not live in Australia and ordered an Air Horn on-line to be sent to me , from their website. The item was listed as being completely ready for a car, truck or boat, being made of chrome finished stainless, with an attached feature that appeared to be the compressor. When it arrived we found that the attached device was a solenoid and that a separate compressor was needed and sold individually.We emailed Seth to complain that while it was suitable for a big truck with an existing compressor, it was not functional for a car or pleasure boat.Seth's response was well beyond expectation. He immediately made a full refund AND promised to send a compressor at no cost! He also immediately altered the website listing to clarify the description of the item. I had ordered a watch for my son and had mentioned a wrong address. Since I requested the team to resend my order, so that have been considerate to resend the order free of cost. Really appreciate this gesture.So.i would say that the customer service is really good.

Taking back my 5 star review. Bought a phone that bricked itself after 1 month. Two months on now waiting for a replacement and still waiting. Turns out customer support is outsourced so there's no way of getting in direct contact with the business, which puts another obstacle in getting help directly. Initial service was good but Dr techlove Craps itself if anything goes wrong.

I bought a faulty product from drtechlove in january and sent an email to enquire about the product and getting a refund. I got a reply back in less than 24 hrs and they were very respectful about the whole situation and offered to resend a new product or give me a refund which i greatly appreciated. I highly reccomend buying from this business as they have their customers best insterest! I would definetly buy from this store again.

I have purchased a bath from Dr Techlove in the middle of July 2022 with the delivery of 7 days. After several phone calls, it arrived six weeks later but it was not the bath I had ordered. What is more, it was broken and in the filthy box that was falling apart. I contacted the business and spoke to Mr R, who promised to replace it with the one that I have ordered and in a good condition. I was informed by Mr R, that the baths are sent from China and seven days delivery is misleading. It is the end of November, I have no bath and Mr R does not respond to my emails or phone calls. If I do not get a response within the next couple of days, I will take it further. An appalling service.

Excellent customer service, with very fast and helpful email support.A product I ordered was damaged during shipping, but was replaced immediately without issue. Will definitely order from here again.

Bought the pro plugger, was delivered quickly and is a great product exactly what it says it is.
