I was at the Epping store this morning to buy a Deebot vac for my sisters birthday and I must say that we got the best customer service from Michael that has been working there for awhile.He was very honest and kind and knowledgeable about the product he sold us.I Highly recommend shopping here because every time I have shopped here the people that work here are all wonderful and eager to help!Keep up the great work Michael I hope you’re boss gives you a bonus because you deserve it!

We bought a Hoover Allergy with power head last month. We recieved great customer service by Eric including a quick demonstration. The vaccum is the best we have ever owned. It seems to pick up dirt/dust that is not visable to the naked eye, obviously from deep within the carpet pile. Great unit which I woud highly recommend.

Amazing help! I had contacted the actual brand to see if they could help and had the worst customer service!Took it to these guys instead and they sent it off to be assessed, 2 days later I get a message that it's ready for pick up. At pickup I realised they had replaced it for a new one!

Excellent Customer Service both on the phone and in person. Most impressed that the gentleman who served me knew the model of the vacuum cleaner that I was purchasing disposable bags for. The model is over 10 years old! A testimony to the product and product knowledge!

I purchased my vacuum cleaner in FebruaryI was having issues with my vacuum cleaner but couldn't find my receipt. Called Epping Godfreys up and the gentleman was more than happy to send me a copy via email. Not only did he give me my receipt via email, he was able to tell me what to do over the phone and my vacuum cleaner is working perfectly again!Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! Would give you more than 5 stars if I could!

Product : Hoover Ultra Power Stick VacuumI bought this product 10 months ago for my home office and after using it for few months, the parts start falling off near the brush. At the moment the vacuum isn’t working properly and there is an issue with this.I strongly recommend to loo for alternative supplier and invest your money on right products but not Godfrey products.
