Very unfriendly environment. Sophie cut my 2 year old son’s hair without even saying hello to him so he cried all the time being there.She didn’t wear mask and when I asked her to do so, she was unhappy with that.I can find much better quality with the same price in Newton shopping centre.

Amazing experience today, my wife booked two kids hair cut and for herself, all in good looking. Hairdresser was very nice and professional, she given lot of ideas and suggestions. Clean and neat environment, definitely 5 stars!

I got a haircut here. Korean 'Sofie' said on the phone it would take about 30 minutes. When I arrived, her manner was okay but a little rough and her English is not great. She actually took less than 10 minutes to cut my hair and it seemed like she didn't take care with it. It wasn't quite straight at the bottom, and when I got home, I realized my fringe was very crooked. She hadn't done one end of it! I realized she hadn't even combed it down to see which hair to include in the fringe. There was another Asian woman present while I was there, whom she spoke to in a more friendly manner. Maybe she only cares about Asian hair.

Sophie is excellent, very knowledgeable and lovely.im always happy with my hair when I visit the salon. Tran is amazing with nails and waxing. Prices are very reasonable. I’m glad I discovered this gem in MAGILL.
