Through the years we have always bought our vehicles from this dealership.Always very satisfied with each purchase.On Feb 3 I got to pick up my new MG ev Essence! So exciting!Jayden was always very accommodating, polite and nothing was too much for him, throughout the process. Absolutely thrilled with this car! A dream to drive!!

Most amazing experience!! Jesse was super friendly and was extremely helpful. The delivery time on my car kept getting delayed but Jesse always kept me updated and made sure I would get my car as soon as possible. I was told that I would have to wait 10 months and Jesse was able to work his magic and I ended up getting my car early. If you ever go to Mornington MG Motor make sure to ask for Jesse!!!

Had a wonderful experience today buying a new mg. Johnson was a fabulous salesman and was very helpful. However the added extras girl Angela was very pushy and unprofessional in front of us during the finance stage. Overall good experience, would recommend Johnson :)

A huge thankyou to the team at Mornington MG. Mark and Jesse have been incredibly helpful. They were accomadating with all our requests from purchase right through to the delivery of the car. Driving away in our new MG EV we couldn't be happier and will definitely be returning for our next car. For those who haven't driven an electric car, we highly recommend a test drive at Mornington MG.

Disappointed.We purchased an MG through this dealership roughly 6 months ago and dealt with Jesse as our main salesperson. Where do I start with Jesse, the typical car salesman attitude and demeanour, but seemed nice enough at the start. After the sale had gone through, we realised we bought a defective vehicle. After multiple attempts from my partner and I to contact Jesse regarding the issues we simply heard nothing back. We have now sold the car as there was no care/after sales service from this dealership and Jesse especially.When we raised an issue regarding a major defect of the car being a lag in the engine, someone from the dealership told us it was a “characteristic” of the car, if I had known this prior to purchasing the vehicle there is no way I would have gone ahead with the sale putting my young families life at risk.Anyone looking to purchase an MG from the Mornington dealership, please do your research.We understand they don’t make the cars themselves but this could have been dealt with much better and more professionally.

I bough brand new MG which stopped on the road on second day with transmission failure. Paint is fault. They refunded the money, but I have to pay the tow charges. I have lost more than $8000/- ( insurance, toll, rental car, tow charges) on this as it is faulty car and I am forced to be carless for 2.5 months and rent a car. Jesse was good and he tried to help me, but the system what they have is not great and doesnt care much.
