I went to get a wheel alignment the older bloke was professional however the younger guy said that my car was trash and I should throw it in the bin. He obviously isn't a ford fan I have never come across this behaviour in any business before. Absolutely disgraceful.

I am a customer of Beaurepaires from 2012 in Sydney and now Melbourne. Very professional and friendly staff. I usually go to the Epping branch for 3 of my cars for tires balancing, alignment and punctures .. the staff at Epping branch is exceptional. The pricing is very reasonable. Higly recommend.Keep up the good work guys.

Walk into Beaurepaires last year and talk to Mark about my wheels on my 4x4 I had trouble with he balanced them for me and very helpful when I walk out l said to my self next time I need tyres Mark was going to help me out.So rang him about new tyres he got them in form Perth form for me it's the Goodyear Duratrac very hard to get .Rang me 1 week later said there ready and waiting.Mark and his team are the best in the Northern Subs thanks Beaurepaires for your excellent service.

Even though the team here couldn’t do the job I needed as my rim was 21” and their machines max out at 20”, the help and service I received from Les was invaluable. It really made my day to meet an honest and friendly human. Valuable human interaction beats everything else!

Really disappointed after being a regular customer at Beaurepairs Epping For many years I went to get a new valve for my trailer spare wheel Simple request “take broken one out screw a new one in” the manager then told me the tyre needed replacing and he had to take the tyre off the wheel to fit the valve. I might be a bit slow but really, I went to Autobarn and bought a valve change pack for $12 and changed the valve in 1 minute. Surprise surprise I didn’t need to take the tyre off the rim just unscrew the old valve and screw in the new one Beaurepairs I won’t be back and my word of mouth travels a long way
