Loved it! Absolutely recommend this place. They are experienced and professional. Helped me out after a very bad experience at another hairdresser. My hair looks amazing and blond again. Also received great advice. Thank you Heather and team!

Heather and her team from Blond Avenue are exceptionally brilliant colourist, cutters, stylists and only use the best products. Blond Avenue is the only place I trust when choosing to go blond (they also do dark and everything in between). The staff go above and beyond to look after you, and you will only get the very best from Blond Avenue. There so good, I have them on my VIP Speeddial!!!

Left from there in tears because of the customer service when I went back to get the hair fixed after they made a mistake with the hair. I had been going there for 6-7 years and they had always gotten my hair perfect when following the recipe I gave them from my hairdresser in Europe. But they wiped down their system, lost the recipe and couldn't make the hair blond with their own skills. Then pushed and pushed for bleach not believing that the hair hasn't been bleached (mind you they were the ones who had been coloring it without bleach following the recipe for years). Got the hair fixed elsewhere and would never go back to this place because of the experience with customer service. Such a shame because I hadn't had any major issues before.

This is the go-to place for me. Heather is one of the kindest people you could meet. So thoughtful and generous. Her experience is obvious, and hair advice is spot on! I couldn't recommend this place more highly. The only reason I ever go anywhere else is because I'm not organised enough to make an appointment when I need one....they're busy so book ahead. You'll thank yourself!

What a fabulous team, I had an event to attend and Heather and the team Andrea were amazing, in and out in record time and great knowledge working with hair extensions. Can’t wait to see you in a week! Cheers RJ

Outstanding service! I moved the Vic 2 years ago and I purposefully scheduled my hair appointments when visiting family, so I could come see Heather!

Amazing for toddler boys' stylish cuts! I brought my 2 year old son to see Heather based on a referral from another mom who appreciates keeping length and style on boys' hair. We are repeat clients and she gets the cut right every time. Toddlers need to look good too! I will gladly pass on her info to others.

Heather is the best! She knows what to do with peroxide let me tell you. Highly recommend this friendly and cool little gem.

Don't be put off by the name, your hair will be happy here, whatever the colour! It's a small salon which means you get personal service, and the staff are super friendly and professional. There's a real family feel - I've been going for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! This salon is a consistent performer and I always get complimented on my cut and my colour. And... the coffee is great too!
