Greaton Development

Greaton Development are the Keswick Island developers and are associated with China Bloom who hold the Head Lease. To date Greston’s engagement with sub Lessee’s (key stakeholders) has amounted to almost zero and is best characterised as arrogant. Not only that, Greaton have seemingly sanctioned development on the island which does not conform to local legislation. Hence such developments are illegal. Furthermore these developments are not correctly engineered (boat ramp, access roads and a house) and are unfit for purpose to the point of being dangerous. Environmental damage to the islands reef structure is evident. A result of zero engineering. Attempts to discuss with Greaton Development have been ignored. In summary. Non compliance on many levels. Arrogant. Bullying tactics.

World worst developer. If anyone want to move into Oxford central APT in Epping you do not have right to choose gas hot water suppliers. Winconnect is only a supplier (worst system called centralising hot water system) for here and charged gas bill ( they call hot water bill) $244 only using gas for a month! just one month! 3 times more expensive than AGL or any gas suplier. This supplier got 10 years contract by developer without owners agreement. It is disaster!

Oxford Central Epping is in an excellent location and is a well built apartment. Great amenities too.

雨天車庫牆壁漏雨，嚴重的時候流個不停把儲物間都淋濕，開發商很不負責任，反映問題卻不解決並且態度傲慢無禮，聘請了非常不專業的團隊，同一個問題兩個不同sales會給出截然相反答案，開發商的review還是很重要，希望投資者謹慎，儘量選擇大的開發商，這種小開發商請遠離。

Greaton Developments states in its website that they look after the environment. Consult with all stakeholders holders resident and communities locals is absolute bull. They have done absoultly nothing is regard to communication with the Locals or the local community on Keswick Island. Under their construction contract they have allowed illegal boat ramps to be built zero permits. Zero effective errosion mitigation of an illegally built road. Run off has covered the reef adjacent to the runway. This is a disaster. Faiiled attempts to control errosion are litering the shore line. Greatons your debts are due on Chinese new years, clean up your mess and watch the time. Do not use this company disaster awaits.

These guys are great. From their apartment designs to sales service... I highly recommend!
