Moved from nsw 3 years ago and Thomas tree services employed me they are a great company and even better people!!

I've been working for Thomas Tree division for the last 3 years for the Southern Wheatbelt section with my husband Russell and we both have been working with the same management now for over 10 years. I was a PO1 until I went on maternity leave and they were understanding and patient until I returned back as admin staff, when we are sick or needing time off for our daughter they are always willing to help us in any way shape or form. Highly recommend working for this company. Don’t let others fool you, they are the BEST bunch to work for and will always help you succeed and very friendly and family oriented!

If I could recommend any work place - it would be Thomas. I started with the business completely green in the industry, after 4 years with Thomas I was multi skilled, given opportunities that would otherwise not be on the cards for me. I left with machine operating tickets, experience, PO ticket, experience and administration onboarding of equipment and personnel experience.Thomas Contracting are a fair company as a whole with two divisions that I spent an equal amount of time between. They are understanding and look out for staff who want to build their career. I was offered so many opportunities to grow where it cost the business both time and money but they were prepared to make it work. I believe that you get back what you put in and this company truly reflects that.If you are looking for a career I couldn’t think of a better place to build it.The mobile plant operating side of the business has a wide range of opportunities and the tree service division has been awarded some amazing contracts, these both open up so many doors for employees.The places this company is going is something to be apart of, a huge vision and people who make it happen.A manager you enjoy working for is hard to come by but I can guarantee you it’s what you will get jumping onboard with Thomas.If I could travel and bring them all with me, I would.

I am happy to write a positive review about Thomas Tree Services, a tree cutting company that I recently hired for a job on my property. I was impressed with their high level of professionalism and the quality of their work.

I have worked for Thomas contracting mainly in the Thomas Tree Service division for approximately 4 years and in my opinion has been the best company to work for in my working career. The management team definitely has a family first approach to running the business and always go above and beyond to help all their employees no matter what the situation.The company has always provided the best training in house and external and strives for nothing but the best for all employees and customers. It truly didn’t take me long to work out that this is the place I want to finish out my working career such a fantastic group to work with and for.

I have been working with this management for over 14 years, The Tree division for almost 7 years. Whenever I needed help with anything they are always first to put their hands up. They have helped me progress in the industry quiet a lot with relevant tickets, training and experience. I have been a crew leader for the wheatbelt division for quiet sometime now and I really enjoy the work and crew I’m with. Management is and has always been very approachable with any issues I have had to deal with and has been rectified in a decent time frame. Can not fault them in any way. I wouldn’t be where I am today with my family if it wasn’t for them always there to help and guide us.
