Bought 3 packs of meat from here, when opened 2 both were off so took them back and got a refund. Opened the third packet a week later and it too was off. All were within date and had been refrigerated. When we took the third packet back for a refund we were basically called liars by the butcher and told it must have been left out of the fridge. Got a refund but was told that we won't get a refund for anything else again. Won't be shopping here again

Marinated pork steaks and chicken kebabs were really good. The prices are above average but the convenience and being able to walk from where we live makes it worth it. Staff are also friendly and professional.

Took clearly off meat back still in date, told that I hadn’t stored it correctly. No refund and not even replacement offered.Talking to others their meat is apparently always like this and they print labels over off stuff all the time.
