I had surgery on my knee a few months ago. I was recommended Engage Exercise Physiology and booked an appointment to see Leanne to rehab my knee for a few weeks and she is excellent. Very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. She has given me an exercise and rehab plan tailored to suit my injury. 10/10 Highly recommended.
