Best experience I have ever had at a furniture/goods store. My partner and I really dislike shopping in general but I gotta say that James made mattress shopping so easy for us that I felt like the best price, comfort and quality decision had already been made once we walked through the doors. Just such great service, I wish I could have sales like that at every store I went to! Thankyou so much!

I wish I have read these reviews before! Great sales team, friendly and helpful until you pay your items. In my case I paid in full and was not informed of their 24 hours refund policy at the moment.To make long history short, the sales team provided the wrong delivery times, they even messed up the times on the invoice and not even for that took responsibility. We were told our bed will take between two to three weeks to be delivered the day of the sale, when we called to follow up they said it will take up to two months.Unfortunately the conversation turned sour when I decided to ask for the refund process, the person on the phone became challenging, rude and aggressive; when asked about their supervisor or manager they said they didn't have any numbers and I should look on their web page.This is not even about the money, I just want the delivery time frames given to me at the store. I would say that for the money you pay, do some extra research, look other stores and if this is the only one that have your particular style/needs then just give it a SNOOZE for a couple of weeks. maybe you will wake up with a better option.

Bed is now over a week late so I called to find out what was happening. The women on the phone was so rude to me. Like how dare I ask where my bed was. After organising a day to get the bed dropped off she had the nerve to say to me you're free to go now. bye." Like I was dirty prisoner she'd gotten rid of."

Going into the store and ordering was easy. Was told it would be 3 weeks. After over 3 weeks passed I contacted the store and was told it would be there 4 business days later at the latest. I then rang and was told it would be the day after this promised date. Then a few days passed after this promise date and I called the store again and spoke to a different person and he said they got an email the day before and it was definately coming in that day. I rang the following day and was told it still hasn't come in. I then got a call several days later saying the mattress only was being delivered and I had already told the store I wanted all of it to come together. 5 minutes after this phone call the same lady rings me back and tells me everything is on the truck and it would be delivered the following day. I said no one would be home at the time of delivery and asked to reschedule delivery for later that day or the following day and was told it is already in the truck and the schedule has been made so they would just drop it to my house regardless if no one was home. I would have thought after all the stuff around the least they could do would be accommodating with delivery but no. The bed finally was delivered 2 weeks late. Putting the base and headboard together and the brackets don't line up with the threads and there is no instructions. Awful customer service I would not recommend

I was extremely impressed with how I was dealt with today by the manager Jordie. I had a unique refund situation and she was very understanding of my situation. I really appreciate it her outstanding customer service.

Jordy was amazing and very patient whilst we changed our mind about what bed set to purchase. Her knowledge and easy going nature made us want to buy with her and we can’t wait for the delivery of our new bedroom set!

Mia was fantastic! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us with a mattress and bed frame today. The options for customisation at Snooze were fantastic. Super impressed, I would highly recommend.

We purchased a mattress for our spare room and received great service with smooth delivery. Will be back the next time we need bedroom furniture!

We paid full price for our daughter's bedframe on 6th March to be delivered on 10th of March 2022, but until now the bedframe is still not yet delivered. We called the shop today (28th March 2022) to ask when are they going to deliver and the person we talk to told us it will be delivered at the end of April which is too late as we want our daughter to have a comfortable bed to sleep in as soon as possible. We ask if they can refund the money to us in full so that we can buy a bedframe somewhere else but the person we talk to told us that they do not do any refund just store credit. This added stress to us even more. We just want to ask for our money back in full so that we can just go to the other shop and buy the bedframe. I think its unlawful not to refund other people's money for goods not delivered. Buyer's beware!

There were lots of quality mattresses to choose from. James was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made it so easy. It was such a pleasure and didn't take as long as I expected. Can't wait for our new mattress to arrive!
