Design 21 Architecture

We were recommended Lucas to assist with design of our home in Bayside. After being led astray by a previous draftsman and a build company we were apprehensive to say the least. From the first consultation Lucas was honest, practical and clever with his recommendations, his wealth of knowledge and experience with renovations was a breath of fresh air and just what we needed. Planning, drawings just to mention a few of many things that were on point. Building at the best of times can be very stressful, but with the team at design 21 working seamlessly with all our trades it was no surprise the job was completed perfectly. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Although we only had a medium size extension there is a lot of permits and considerations we had to navigate. Lucas with his team at Design 21 gave some good insights to the possibilities and was able to secure the permits that we needed. His team of passionate people got the job done on time and within budget. I found Lucas has a great flair for impressive designs options, his honest and very practical. We found his fees very modest compared the others. Our house is now a joy to be in, an open plan, with nooks that adds a lot of character.
