Thanks to the team at Jesmond Specsavers for always being friendly and welcoming. I make sure to visit whenever I need an adjustment like nosepad or screw replacements as well as any general adjustments, which is all provided at no cost!Thanks to Skye today for fixing my glasses so that they won't slide down my nose any more!!

I recently got an eye test (that tested vision and health), and then new contact lenses and glasses. The prices were excellent, the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I never had to wait long for service and my orders came in a timely manner. I get all my vision needs through Jesmond Specsavers. Located in a shopping centre, parking is easy and free. I highly recommend them.

Every time I’ve been to Specsavers at Jesmond the experience has been great. My glasses are always fitted correctly on pick up and the staff are always friendly. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I have been going to Specsavers Jesmond for quite a few years now and cannot fault their service! The staff are always helpful and know how to help if I have any concerns. I love the 2 for 1 offer because I love getting more pairs for the same price. I did go to a couple of other optometrists also in the past few years (due to moving around a little bit) but found that it was really expensive for one pair versus the 2 for 1 deal at Specsavers and didn't find that the staff were as friendly so now I prefer to travel to visit the team at Jesmond for my eye care needs :-)
