National Tiles Richmond

Refusing a refund for a cancelled order! Beware.The store took an order for tiles that they assured me would be in stock the following day. They took full payment, however on the day before delivery they called to state that all the tiles that had arrived were allocated to a different order. I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund.Based on the conversation I was told that the refund was processed. Several days later, no refund. I have emailed the store and have been told by the manager (via email) that they have to seek approval from their finance department due tot the large amount ($4k). I asked for contact details and a time frame - no response.A week later and still no refund - I have had to launch action via the bank (credit card) to seek a refund.Extremely poor practice.

Highly recommend seeing Amanda at National Tiles in Richmond. From the moment I walked in her friendly approach made me feel comfortable and she was so helpful in finding me the perfect wall tile splashback for my new kitchen. I also needed them urgently and she went out of her way to organise the stock at the port Melbourne shed so I could pick it up that afternoon. If you are looking for great service then go and see Amanda.

Just wanted to say how fantastic the service was from Melissa at this store! I had been to 2 other tile stores the same day and received less than average service, I was delighted to be greeted by Melissa as soon as I stepped into the store & very impressed by how helpful she was! I We will certainly be buying our tiles from here!!

So pleased with Joshua's advice on Sat, thorough, helpful, and precise. We got home and received the quote swiftly as well. The shop looks great, nothing like what you would expect from the radio advertising.

Very good selection and helpful knowledgeable staff but they only stock samples - so if you want to buy you need to pay for delivery ( which for me was next day)

Went to national tiles in Richmond store and had the pleasure of dealing with Riley. Total professional great product knowledge but best of my favorite good old-fashioned service. We managed to select a great suitable floor tile, should look great thanks again great service, see some shots of our previous project we also used national tiles.

Katerina the sales lady is the most helpful tile person we have dealt with. We highly recommend her and will use her for the rest of our tiling

Julia was so helpful and I was not expecting to get into the detail design - I was just browsing - her help took me to ready to order more and improved my design concept 1000% thank you !!

Fantastic place! Never seen such a beautiful showroom completely dedicated to tiles. The service is really great, the staff clearly knew their stuff, were very helpful, prompt and professional. We got a great price too! Highly recommended.
