Thursday 3rd June.. I was sitting in the waiting area at Katoomba Community Health Centre, waiting for my appointment and a counsellor named Isabel spoke to receptionist in a loud voice that lady with the curly hair sitting in the waiting room works at the Savoy cafe and she charged me $4.50 for poached eggs which is so expensive...! Isabel then proceeded to offend me whilst using vulgar-language. Her behaviour as a counsellor is unprofessional and inexcusable. Note to Isabel: I'm not in charge of the prices on the menu at Savoy and I don't appreciate being humiliated at a clinic
