Waited for over 30mins whilst 1 staff member made a sale and the other fumbled through a customer's phone. We just wanted to make a simple quick cash sale. Not enough staff on for the holiday period. Eventually was served only to find the item I was after wasn't properly received so I was unable to purchase.

Great teleco. I have been with them for years and whenever I have a problem I head to Kawana. Staff are very helpful, friendly and able to fix my problems. At my age I am not really conversant with smart phones and their workings. A visit to Vodafone has me very happy again.

Very friendly staff despite the fact that the staff members are always changing. I usually get my questions answered satisfactorily but not always. Sometimes it's not the fault of the staff that my problem can't be solved but they try their best.
