Beautiful food, drinks, and location. The staff were so kind and created a great atmosphere for our family meal. I am visiting here from out-of-state and would definitely make the drive back for this restaurant.

Lillino's Bar and Trattoria
Lovely cosy restaurant. We enjoyed our meals. Pizza was perfect. Dessert was cooked well. Ravioli was amazing. The saucy had lots of flavour. Great views at sunset.As you can see from the photos the meals are presented well and taste great but are not large pub size portions.

If I could leave a 0 star I would, we waited over 1.5 hours for our food and ended up been kids size portions for our mains and brought to our table cold. What a joke! This place has extremely bad service, their expensive mains are children size meals, you will wait over 1.5 hours for your meal and extremely overpriced. Stay away from this place and don’t waste your hard earned money there.

Beautiful Italian food and amazing views. Friendly staff. Bastian greeted us when we arrived. He’s so cuddly and friendly. An enjoyable lunch date with hubby. ❤️

Lillino's Bar and Trattoria
The food was delicious, but the service was really where this place shines — first class. The wait staff were so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the food they were serving. It was so refreshing to have such a wonderful level of customer service. Definitely keen to try more of the menu and will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!

As a group of 5 we dined at Lillinos on a Friday evening. The wooden ceiling arrangement is a stand out eye catcher from the main road driving up to the restaurant. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable who also made us feel very welcomed. For entree the baked eggplant was delicious, the squid and charcuterie were ok but nothing to write home about. The prawn linguini was excellent. Now on to the bad, the pizza was just bad, the dough is spongy and yet somehow dense at the same time. Would have expected wood fire cooking.

A beautiful Italian restaurant in a very picturesque location. Lino and his staff have always presented themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Service has always been exceptional and food has always been a standout. This is our always go to place for top quality and authentic Italian experience. By far our favourite place to dine while visiting Hunter Valley. The staff were super friendly and always made sure we were relaxed and having a great time, we cannot thank them enough for making us feel just like family. Our favourite dish was easily the linguine, though every dish we tried here was a stand out. Very much looking forward to visiting again! x

My recent experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did the service take over 1.5 hours and the food arrive cold, but the portion sizes for the mains were shockingly small, resembling kids' meals. To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant. I cannot express my disappointment enough. Save your time, money, and appetite by avoiding this place at all costs.

Freakily expensive ($65 per person for a weekday lunch), but the view is spectacular and the food equally so. It took ages for the food to arrive, but when it’s clearly freshly cooked, you don’t mind. Seems to be run by Italians that love what they do. We ended up buying a case of wine too!
