Kylie and her team are right ontop of new research and integrate it really well with the way they practice. I've found them so helpful for dealing with my acute pain but more importantly they also focus on dealing with chronic pain really effectively. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Strong kids is so good for my kids aged 7 and 9. They love it and so do I. We see progress every term.Abby and Paige are lovely, kind, patient and make the class very fun.
