Armstrong Windscreens - Car Glass Removals and Replacement

Wish i read reviews as well.........Canceled multiple times by just not showing up, nice enough fellow in person, but windsheild started to leak from top of replacment windscreen, will not respond to any txt or calls, no warranty offered, i will have to go and pay again to have it done properly very disappointed and very unprofessional, i tried to give him benifit of the doubt but, yes reviews are true as it happened to me first hand, at least the reviews about water leaking in and not getting back to customer to do job right, buyer beware.......... if you dont take all these reviews seriously then you only have yourself to blame..

I have got nothing but praise for tim when he managed to get a cheap rear windscreen for my statesman and traveled to the nth side to install it very quickly and he cleaned up the glass highly recommended this company cheers

DO NOT USE THIS GUY TIM!!!! He installed a windscreen for us and it leaked from the first time it rained. Called him to fix it and he made it but he made it so hard for us to contact him and kept screening our calls. Eventually paid to get it fixed elsewhere. TOTAL WASTE OF $$$$$$ DO NOT USE HIM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Tim from Armstrong windscreens is hopeless.I had a new windscreen installed on my Holden Colorado, he left glass all over the dash and after taking it for a drive I noticed a noise from air coming in fromThe drivers side , we had rain that weekend and the floor of the car was flooded , I tried patiently for 3 months to get Tim to rectify the leak (over 10 times)he would organise a time and repeatedly would not show up .I ended up having to get a proper windscreen company too fix Tim’s dodgy job , they removed the windscreen and the whole drivers side was not even sealed & he didn’t prep the surface correctly , Now I’m left with all my carpet mouldy! Plus the extra $250 I had to pay to get the windscreen resealed. I wish I could give him negative 10 stars , replacing a windscreen isn’t rocket science!

I have used him twice for back windows in my vehicles…he has travelled to me on both occasions an has done an excellent job, now I’m getting him to do another window in a mates car 100000% excellent service thanks mate you rock

Tim's response time and work was amazing.I contacted him on Wednesday and he had the glass on Thursday and did a same day at home install.He also beat the other quote I had by over halfHe knows his cars and had the install done in under 30 minutes.Highly recommended!!

Tim was very good and quickly finished his job. He did a great job with repairing my window I'm very happy with his business and I highly recommend him to anyone.He is very professional and intelligent with windscreens. He is very kind and professional.I highly recommend anyone to use this business!

A few mixed reviews here so I thought it would provide my feedback with Tim.Really good value ($260 for an Amarok windshield) and fast and efficient. His not your full professional glass repairer with a nice shop - If you want that go elsewhere and pay a lot more. He is great value guy who will do his best to accomodate you, especially if you are in a rush.Even helped me for 10 mins jump start my car which had a flat battery.Thanks for your help Tim!

Tim done a fantastic job of our rear glass on a 80 series land cruiser. He responded to my text within minutes and came out shortly after to fix the glass. Incredible service at a great price. Would highly recommend!!
