They arrived within the hour to complete a full inspection of our property and provided realistic expectations of treatments moving forward. They quickly identified entry points and problematic areas by completing a comprehensive sweep of the property, yard areas and neighbouring fences. Before leaving they provided a summary of their findings attached to their quoted invoice with an easy to understand and follow breakdown of treatments and preventative measures.Understanding time is crucial, they were able to schedule a Colony Control treatment within 48 hours.Dave and Ben arrived earlier then expected and communicated this effectively via mobile beforehand.Before commencing work they explained the process and what to expect noise wise (slab drilling etc). This was particularly useful as we have a cat and this allowed us to monitor the situation as it progressed.They were meticulous in their execution and utilised an array of different equipment to ensure the job was done right. They went above and beyond to provide additional piece of mind by inspecting a damp spot behind our bathroom wall. (This identified a leak which we were subsequently able to resolve).The father-son duo were extremely knowledgeable and had no troubles answering all of our questions. Being first home buyers this was an incredible relief.The were professional and courteous the entire time and made sure we understood everything before they left.We subsequently scheduled in a preventative Termite Barrier treatment that will occur in a few weeks.We cannot recommend Dave and Ben highly enough. I’m posting this review on behalf of my aunty Gwenda Robinson who recently used David and Ben at Alliance Pest.Without hesitation I would highly recommend their services . They were prompt and knowledgeable in response to my issues with white ants . The implementation of a plan of action with a time frame to completion . Their ongoing diligence and cheerful updates throughout the treatment phase were both reassuring and totally effective. Ants gone and mental health intact .
