Got turned away by an extremely smug and condescending driver who would not let me board with an assembled bicycle. This is despite me having spent an extra $49 on a ticket EXPLICITLY stating Assembled"

Usually they're very helpful. The services provided are usually excellent. Just don't lose any belongings on board, my experience was horrible due to this event.

Refrain from using Greyhound's website for making any bookings. I used their website to book tickets from Melbourne to Sydney and paid using PayPal. The money got deducted but I didn't get the tickets. When I reach out to Greyhound's customer service, they kept saying that PayPal has not released the funds. On the other hand PayPal customer support confirmed me that the funds had already been sent to Greyhound.This kept going on for 5 days and finally I raised an official dispute with PayPal and bought train tickets. The very next day I got greyhound bus tickets as well, which shows they were lying all this while and as soon as PayPal took this case with them, all of a sudden, Greyhound realized the money was there with them. I had to get the tickets canceled, as I already had bought train tickets by then. Very very bad experience. If I could, I'll give 0 star.

Driver's were incredible, nothing was to hard. Clean bus, well driven, happy polite driver's, great trip all round. 3x trips to & from Cairns via bus & each experience relaxing. Looking forward to my next trip. Thank you.

My trip from Darwin to Katherine was great. There were USBs for charging at every seat and a toilet on the bus. However returning to Darwin not so good. Quite a few USBs not working and some aircons broken and no toilet on board.

Greyhound bus is a very convenient way to travel between Canberra and Melbourne. Just go to sleep and wake up at your destination! No super early check-ins, travel to an airport or interstate train station. I will not travel any other way anymore.

The drivers were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They made the trip a wonderful experience with their willingness to assist passengers even after the trip ended. They also were always happy to have a chat when I was boarding which made the environment feel very welcoming.

You provide a reliable service for a reasonable price, but your buses have become a little shabby and need repairing - not a deal-breaker, but detracts from the experience.
