I started with Cube online around 7 months ago, and they did help my salon have more bookings and more customers find me by the google map.Special I would like to thanks my personal manager- Sedrick. He is amazing and sweet person, always helps me to fix any issues I had, professional service.High recommend.

Was easy to book and she went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our pamper party received a wonderful treatment. Will book again! Although I've used Cube for quite a few years, I recently sold a business and they continued to charge me for their services on a business I do not own (and explicitly told them once sold)I had 1 month left on the contract and they still enforced this payment. I understand I signed up to a contract, however I would have thought after spending $1000s+ of dollars with a business they would be willing to waive $220 off a contract when it's such a significant reason such as not owning the business and therefore paying $220 for nothing.Their service is sound, just be aware if you sign up that they will enforce their contracts seemingly regardless of whatever is happening to you. As a business owner who cares about customers and tries to treat them with what I feel is right, this wasn't the way I would handle it.I would've accepted credit to ongoing service even but that wasn't allowed either.

The team at Cube Online are excellent! We recently needed assistance with our Google reviews to which Cooper and Jai were instrumental in helping us achieve a positive outcome. Extremely unprofessional customer service. I scheduled a call for a live demo with them, but we didn't go ahead with them at the end.
