Service has been a bit up and down over the years, however, since the arrival of a new manager Glen Nixon our service over the last couple of years has been excellent. The communication, action on service requests, and support have been prompt and helpful. Happy now to continue service here as we feel well supported, informed and guided.

As a property manager, we deal with a large number of body corporate offices and often get average (at best) service. Dealing with Whittles Cleveland, particularly Glen, has been an absolute dream - from fast replies via email to a high level of helpfulness. This assists us to foster good relationships with landlords and tenants as issues are remedied in a speedy and professional manner. I highly recommend this office.

Absolute shocking the manager at Victoria cove. Not respect people and very unprofessional. Often the pool is absolute green and unsafe to use and still arguing saying is perfect on a green pool.
